We need to go back to our Scripture-grounded, supernatural roots in order to move with supernatural momentum into the future. Something shifted in the last 30 years that needs to be corrected so we can pick up where the great Healing Revival of the late 1940’s left off, and move with power and effectiveness into the future—a future that Jesus envisioned for His people when He introduced the possibility of those who believe in His Name doing “even greater works.”

Desperate intercession pulls tomorrow into today. Desperation refuses to live without the touch of God. Desperation refuses to be satisfied with daily Bible readings that are not becoming living demonstration in and through our lives. Desperation is not satisfied with the fact that the saints in the Old Testament seemingly enjoyed greater measures of God’s glory and presence then we are experiencing today. Desperation refuses to acknowledge that the healing evangelists of yesteryears, from John G. Lake to Smith Wigglesworth to Oral Roberts represented the ceiling or pinnacle of what’s possible in Christ. Desperation recognizes there is more—and furthermore, compels a person, like the woman in Mark 7, to take desperate action.

God is on the move in New England! In fact, the Holy Spirit poured out with such power and intensity, some of our meetings in West Springfield, MASS went into a whole other dimension… and as a result, some pretty unusual things happened.

While watching a recent service at Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia (online), the Holy Spirit gripped me deeply. I was not expecting this prophetic word to come forth, but nevertheless, it started to bubble up out of me. I sensed that what I was watching during Hillsong’s “Holy Spirit Night” with Guatemalan apostolic leader, Cash Luna, was a prophetic picture of what the Spirit of the Lord was pouring out to whosoever wanted it in the days ahead. No one is safe from revival and awakening.

Constant prayer is what takes us from theology to demonstration. Intercession is what places a demand on what we claim to believe, and says, “Lord, we will not cease or relent in prayer until what You said happens and what You promised is released.” Intercession says, “I’m tired of talking; I want to see what God said actually happen.” Constant prayer is until prayer.

In the midst of California’s moral darkness and mounting opposition towards the Christian faith, the Holy Spirit is raising up a remnant. Birthed in the fires of revival, these men and women become ignited to carry the power and presence of God into every sphere of society where Satan has had an uncontested and unchallenged stronghold. And I prophesy that out of the most unexpected and adversarial places in the world, the Lord will raise up and deploy His people. Let it be so, and let it begin in California!

I prophesy that the Lord is restoring the ROAR of praise, for the ROAR of praise and the SHOUT of the King will empower the people of God to war victoriously against the prevailing spirit of fear that is contaminating the Earth.
